radaitor mod will this pass a cert??

Why would a rad mount need a cert :scratch:

because its been moved forward and the front cut out, front chassis cross member moverd forward and its got a rover v8 in so i guess they will look at it when i get it certed from eninge mods

it doesnt cost any more to get more stuff certed at once, so get as much as you can done alltogether....

I asked the CHCH Guy and he said " it only has to be as strong as the original crossmember to hold the guards in place and radiator in place.

He then asked what you were doing with the bonnet catch as it has to retain the bonnet securely and may be pulled up or as he suggested put in Pins as well and no worries.

that part of the 4x4 is not part of the chassis or crumple protection area so as long as it is as strong as the original he doesn't see it requireing anything.

He also said your local certification person may have different ideas, find out if he has an email address and send the photo's he will advise for free and being involved early makes the cost of certification cheaper as you do it the way they suggest or agree with ;)
