Mounted the radiator tonight, used a toyota dyna truck radiator, same width but taller, sticks down a bit but will be putting in lowered crossmember soon when I do a jafa cross over steering kit.
Not much room between the radiator and crank pully though how much is to little, I have about 13mm, I want to keep the third pulley for future super charger

Took the diesel tank out tonight and mounted the electric fan, any suggestions for getting the tank ready from diesel to petrol?

shit when I pulled the 3F out of my cruiser and put the chev in I had 300mm between the bottom pully and the radiator

dunno about flushing the fuel tank but a bit of diesel residue cant hurt can it

I'd just rinse it out wif petrol then chuck a decent (20 or 30 litres) in for ya start up. 13 mm for clearance should be ok, bout the same as mine

When I changed mine from drizzle to petrol I just drained the tank and 1/2 filled it with petrol. You'll get a bit of smoke for a bit, but it won't last long. :D
