but the money being spent on trucks is increasing and they are getting so competitive that you have to do something, although nasty hazards is the wrong answer.

go watch the nationals live. They are only going too show the "action"on the TV, ie rollovers and wheel stands etc. There were 30 hazards and over 60 (I think) vehicles entered. Did you see them all??

you see it all when you're sitting in the truck.

and lilpig is right. It will always make good TV to have the real bad stuff showing.
Go watch it live and you get to see the standard trucks do stuff you never thought possible, coz they don't show much of that on the telly.

all part of the fun, im building a truck for bush and trials and even if i roll it every event it will be a lot cheaper than rallying ,and as swampa said the trucks are so good now its bound to happen . i just glad the shit is on tv, congrats to tv3 and the other sponsers.

I was interested to read in the mailed back questionares that a number of experienced drivers made comment on the new breed of light weight trucks and how easily they broke.

Every roll over is driver error :(

I think our only mistake was to mark the hazards a bit hard - ie you had to go too far to get a point reduction.

Watched Dirt Bag get 70 points D Class Super modified same amount of points as me in an A Class Standard production truck. he got TV Coverage why ..cause he got it wrong and rolled backing out of the stage looked bloody good, sorry I got coverage to.. why casue I'm a sad sod and ran out of horsepower and couldnt get any further.

From my prespective was really cooled watching D Class trucks get only 10 or 20 points less than me and rolling to do it. Gives you the squirks tho when Boldie then goes and zeros it.. no not really because he drove a good drive and the order that is shown on TV is not the order in which the drivers attempted the hazard.

But I for one dont wont the series altered in any way shape or form. the coeverage that we are getting is good for the sport and the commentators are doing a bloody good job.
