I am currently looking at spacers but who do I get them off? What size am I allowed for a cert? I am going to put rims with a large offset on them as well.

Also my turning circle being reduced doesnt bother me too much as long as its not a huge difference.

How many rims do you think I should get? I go to a few places out of the way a bit. I was thinking 5 or 6. Or shall I just get 4 and use cheaper rims that have a different offset and invalidate my cert?

Thanks this is really helping me out.

as previously said, you should contact your certifier before you rush into anything.

I was not talking about the turning circle. I meant that when you put a spacer on that is......... say 2" thick and then bolt on your 8" white spoke, it will push the wheel out a further 2-4" further than it currently sits. I was more worried about when you turn the wheels, will they rub on the front or rear of the inner guards coz you pushed the offset out :?: :?:

I personally think you won't have this problem, but you'd be best to check before you rush into buying anything/

From time to time you can find the spacers on TM.

Cheers

also with having all that weight too far from where the bearings sit etc in the hub, it'll put extra strain on them... just something else to think about... :D

As Nibby said Having the rims to far out will put big strain on your wheel bearings and swivel bearings. I'd forget spacers and stick with offset rims

got to agree. 15 x 10" rims are the way to go. they will stick out far enough that you will have to go bunnings and buy the garden edging flares
