Warn winch motor wanted

Hi
A mate at work have a warn winch on his tractor , its 24v and is neigbour killed the motor . The numbers he gave me ( have not seen it ) are MRJ-2056 and N21131 .
I think the N21131 is the motor part number . Can anyone tell me what model this is ? And does anyone have a 12v motor or know what motor would fit this winch .
