oh and i won't be drinking.......much this trip bloody 2 day hangover from last time. :roll:

well my weekend pass has been revoked as ms newbie has to have a root canal done and the first appointment is on the wednesday before the trip so will have to spend the weekend with her..such are the things we do. :)

We are now off "don't break anything supervision" as we aren't going to be going down to Chch now. It has worked out that we have over committed oursevles in terms of time, and just need a weekend at home! Also it was going to be very expensive for accommodation, fuel, general travel costs, and Mark taking about 4 days unpaid off work.

Soooooo..... the good news out of that is that we will be there, with no restraints (except our kids, but they were excellent at Terawhiti overnighter!) and ready to have a damn good time. I hope it lives up to Queens Birthday trip!
