High Amp Alternator (200 amp) - New

Post by Leithfield »

Image

This brand new specialist 12v alternator was imported from the States with a view to project refit on a winch equipped Toyota 4wd (easy process to have bracketry made up and 200amps on tap is great for winching). Comes complete with requisite plugs. It has an 8-Groove Pulley (easily swapped).

The standard amp version was factory fitted to these Models:
(Ford Truck F Series, Van E Series)
E-SERIES VANS 4.6L(281) V8 1997-2006
E-SERIES VANS 5.4L(330) V8 1997-2006
E-SERIES VANS 6.8L(415) V10 1997-2006
F-SERIES PICKUPS 4.6L(281) V8 1997-2006
F-SERIES PICKUPS 5.4L(330) V8 1997-2006
F-SERIES PICKUPS 6.8L(415) V10 1999-2006

It replaces these part numbers:
F65U-10300-EA, F6PZ-10346-RA, F7UU-10300-AB

This Beefy Alternator is also what you need for high amp stereo systems or for extra reserve when you need it.

Output at idle is a reputed 105 amps; maximum output of 200 amps is achieved at 1200 engine rpm.

For safety, you must change your main charging wire to a 4 gauge cable to allow maximum charging current.

NOT INCLUDED but spares available at cost = brand new regulator + brand new bearings + brand new bushes + brand new single groove pulley (I was going to fit it to a Toyota Surf ... then the kids came along and my project was placed in hibernation!).

PRICE $350. FIRM; with Spares included $450. FIRM.
Try importing one for this price!

Please PM for contact details.

Yes, 12V.

Wish I did have one to pimp my ride Rok, but alas the chief accountant has decreed that a winch and bullbar will remain on the backburner for the forseeable future  . Didn't exactly help that I was charged with responsibility to upgrade the buggered old 29" "family TV" the other week, and arrived home with a 50" Plasma; it made perfectly good sense to me.

There is no mechanical problem so difficult that it cannot be solved by brute strength and ignorance.
