Are we all on for this weekend Sadam?
Did you get hold of Vern? Is he going to be joining us this time? Do we need to bring extra smokes and beer for Vern-tax?
Only a couple more sleeps to go. Don't know if we are looking more forward to the four wheel driving or the social aspects of this trip.
It will be a hoot :groupjump:

I think that Mark and I will sleep in the hut too, as we will have Jake and Olly with us, it will be too cold and wet for them in a tent.

For those that don't know where to go or are unsure... I'll be at the corner of Moonshine Road and Haywards Hill road leaving there at 9.30am on Saturday.
If you are coming from the Hutt Valley, go over the Haywards, past the building movers and head down the hill. As soon as you are at the bottom of the hill the road veers to the left, Moonshine Road is on your right and you should see one of two 4x4 vehicles parked there (unless of course you are really early and you'll be on your lonesome  )
If you are driving past the golf course you have gone too far.
From Porirua head for the Haywards. Immediately past the golf course the road veers left then right. In the middle of this right hand bend Moonshine Road is on your left. If you are going uphill, you have gone to far.

I don't think Sadam knows how to read Dutch
Then again, he might surprise us

Don't think I have ever seen that gate locked.

Last time I organised a trip in there Vern (I think it was him I spoke to) said that the gate is always open. I got the impression that it would be strange if it was locked.

We will probably meet you at the meeting point, but if we don't turn up don't wait for us as we know where to go and we'll just meet you there.
