I think someone has already asked wether or not our membership cards will be coming with the NZFWDA sticker, as per the arrangement according to the NZFWDA website.

Are ORE stickers only in big letters or they exist in something nice and small like NZFWDA stickers (little round ones). I don't like advertising for others unless I am being paid to do so. So small stickers are okay for me - not something thats spans my entire windscreen.

there's a smaller one for the side windows... have a look in the shop... i think theyre 500mm.

I'm not really into advertising for others either, but i see this scenario as displaying some ownership and pride in something im associated with. In this instance im looking at advertising a club, a common goal/cause, NOT advertising for a corporate thats going to rape and pillage for whatever they can get and then ignore you as being the little man.
I was once on the verge of having McDonalds sponsoring an overseas trip for some fighters to go to Macau, but i just couldnt handle the double standard and pulled the pin on the trip...

But hey, thats just my angle...

These are the ORE Association stickers. I've had them printed. Just want to send one mailing instead of two, I want to write out the minimum number of envelopes.

The membership cards have the NZFWDA logo on but thats all at the moment. I can write the NZFWDA numbers on manually if people want it, but I thought that was on the NZFWDA membership card that people are receiving? Also we have no stickers from them.

Sorry to take this askance gents...........

From the NZFWDA website:

NZFWDA members get the insurance benefits on NZFWDA club related events or trips, the newsletter Trail Torque three times a year, a membership card including the club name and a NZFWDA sticker. The NZFWDA is a member of Tread Lightly! NZ, is linked to the Australian National Four Wheel Drive Council Inc. (ANFWDC) and are members of the international United Four Wheel Drive Associations.
All this for probably less than half a tank of fuel for a 4WD! So contact the secretary@nzfwda.org.nz now for specific details.

So we get an ORE membership card AND a NZFWDA one?? (the latter coming with the sticker one assumes)
Am i heading down the wrong road here someplace??? (ah well, thats why we have 4wheel traction i guess!!!)

From that I would say yes. NZFWDA Membership Cards and Stickers will come direct from them. All we do is provide them with Names and Addresses of our members.

I got my sticker with my card a couple of years ago (may be three). Its on the back, next to my Auckland 4wd Drive club sticker (both are relatively small).

I take pride in displaying the Jeep logo (even though they don't pay me anything)........

Seriously though, I would be happy with the smaller sticker. I am trying to keep my TJ as sticker free as possible. I'll have a look in the shop area for the smaller sticker.

So being wealthy enough to own more than one 4x4 would imply that you are financially secure enough to procure a second sticker for your 'second' 4x4 for the nominal fee of $5??? :D :D :D

A while, I have a back log of them to sort out, plus get more made. I ran out of time to get them away last week so I'm looking at hopefully tomorrow mornings courier for the backlog to clear.

This thread started off talking about the http://www.OffroadExpress.co.nz stickers. Then on this page it moved onto talking about the ORE Association stickers that have been (or about to be) sent out to Association members.

The first one (http://www.OffroadExpress.co.nz) you have to purchase from the online shop.

The Assoc. one you will get delivered to you free if you are an Assoc. member. There was also an opportunity given to purchase extra ones before they are sent out in case you want to put one on another vehicle.
