he who laughs last laughs best..

bring on the funny, its all good.. i'll just have to wait till its finally built and goin, then the proof may be in the pudding..

v8 would be good, as i've mentioned earlier, but it's my mission to get it rollin first before worrying about more mods.. all shall be revealed in time..

so anyways, i got a turbo manifold from a 13bt and the turbo (dismantled ready for a rebuild as the compressors shite!, any ideas on where and who to use in chch?) off trade me a while ago and wopass was a good bastard and picked it up, boxed it and sent it, with a few other little pressies, down to me.. cheers wop!

so that should bring the 8b diesel briggs and stratton up to power quicker! lmao..

once turbo rebuilt, it'll be a good bit of kit to chuck on rusty, just to check how it goes.. :D i have a tc05, but factory would be interesting..

got some subaru calipers with the handbrake attachment on them to fit up for the rear disc conversion.. pulled em apart, sandblasted them, gave em a coat of caliper paint. then got a new kit for them and put them back together. not glamorous but hey.. Image

got the tub back from the sandblasty dudes the other day but with the house extensions in full noise at the mo, pics have been slow in coming.. after the pre-emptive rust removal/repairs, there was only one spot found in the left rear corner panel.. not bad.. i have plans in which to put this quarter to use anyways..

the cancerous pollop..

firewall lookin nice and 'rust free'..
Image

no the front springs not stayin on there or like that, just was a mock up prior to moving.. like the roof chop? Image
