steering damper wanted

hey guys, im in need of a mint or new steering damper for the missile,i need a hilux surf or similar one that has the tie rods on each end.

hmmm.. Surf one has a pin one end and tapered hole the other... monroe ones have a tapered pin in the kit so you can bolt them on... think they are about $99 from memory, but don't trust my memory

have one of those and no good for my new steering set up

mine has tapered pins(like a tie rod) both ends, i know the one i have is off a hilux and is very similar to a 60s cruiser, so either or. both the ones i have are buggered :roll:

i,ve got a brand new cruiser one in the garage which is surplus ,not sure if its the same as hilux but someone will know i,m guessing

pin to pin length open and closed will be enough info dude

hey wop i,ve had a look on my 80 wrecker and the damper on it is noy to bad .managed to get it off without munting it (might need one new nut)so its yours if you want it
