Safari Drop box's 4/sale

F/sale 1 set of drop box's for a Nissan Safari/patrol SWB or LWB to suit a 3-4" lift.

Bolt on design,can be welded(I have mine bolted on only)

Drop box's correct caster,spring,and drive shaft alignment,also pushes diff forward approx 12mm for increased tyre clearance.

A mate of mine has a 5" spring lift at the moment with castor correction bushes, if these drop boxes were used would it make the CC Bucshes redundant? How does moving the diff forward and down affect the spline on the drive shaft? cheers

Wont need CC bushes with the drop box's,CC bushes are only suitable for 2" or 3" lift's max.put std bushes back in which flex better than CC bushes also.
I have a 5" lift in the front of mine,with the D/B's the drive shaft is dead streight,havent had any problems with the spline(I havent changed the lenght of drive shaft)

Only making one set as I had enough steel cut for 2 sets,the other set being on my vehicle.
Cost me $198+gst(2 sets) just for the steel,then have to get the center tube turned up that was $60(1 set only)plus it cost me to get it welded last time.Just trying to get some money back,plus they'r still alot cheaper than the ones from Oz's so someone well get a bargin.

Dave M:Turbo manifolds bit hard to make up with out knowing turbo size/flange type and best to do on vehicle for a good fit(its a bit fiddley to get the angles correct,goes bloody good though

ok so that allows 4-5'' on the front but what have you had to do to the rear of the truck, prop shaft/ axle link bars etc and does it all work without probs

LWB? SWB? My swb (4" lift) has gearbox spacers and extended lower trailing arms to get rid of driveline vibes, you will also need longer brake lines, and front and rear adjustable or lengthened panhard rods.
