Bummer dude, know the feling all too well. The missus's car was stolen 3 times in one day!
Each time the cops went to look at it, it had gone!

BTW thats the rego and colour of your car, so we can keep a lookout for you.
Ok people, move along. Nothing to see here. Thank you, move along.

Its a silver one, ummmm there's a pic in the "Ford/Holden" poll, hang about........

here
http://www.offroadexpress.co.nz/modules ... c&start=40

But he's got the plate covered..... no doubt he'll put it up when he reads this.

Oh, and if you see one close enough, there's a shallow hand size dent near the front edge- passenger side, on the bonnet. If you see it, call the cops asap!

They should make that info restricted.
I don't hide my rego plates. But I don't want to make it easier for them but at the end of the day, if they want it, they'll get it.

That info is restricted now anyone can get it but they have to prove their identity and that is recorded. I think they will have just followed you.
This suck's I hope it is found in good Condition what is the rego we are looking for?

I almost lost my evo they cut both back brake lines while I was at work going home I ran out of brakes, got out and got on the phone I was walking up the road on the phone and a car with a trailer pulled infront of the car they almost had the winch rope hooked up (on the front of the trailer) when I saw them and ran back, They drove away with the winch hook bouncing down the road behind the trailer.

Stolen car and no numberplate on the trailer, replacing them is not as easy as the insurance company thinks, I was lucky this forst time two brake lines and bleed the brakes all good again. Second time I was away on Holliday and they dead flat the battery and took the bits off the car, must have been someone who I talked to at ruapuna because they knew exactly what they wanted Computer, Turbo, Fuel pump Fuel rail and injectors and intercooler  No-one saw a thing :?

bastards! The number plate one is a bit dodgey, yes you can go into a post shop and pay 5 dollars (or close to it) and get someones registered address but yes they do take down your details however there is nothing to stop them sending in someone unrelated to the crime and that person making up a story. Also if you are, or happen to no a car dealer they can find out the details as well. Back in the day (a year or two ago) when i had sought after cars i always had them registered to me but at my mums address and just picked up the letters from her, just something to think about. Not that this helps now
Its a hard one weather you should post your number plate up here so we no what we are looking for if it was me i'd put up the first 3 or few numbers or letters because lets face it this is a public form and you may well get the car back. Have you got a contact number in case someone spots it

Makes you wonder just what they expect to do with a car like that. You can't exactly just drive it round, it stands out to much.

So they must part them out?? What a waste

Never had a vehicle stolen, but had my house broken into a few times.... I feel for you dude, the invasion you probably feel is pretty bad, will keep my eye open, thankfully you have a fairly unique car so maybe it might be recognized by some astute members here.
