Bills a virgin! :)

Thats the best reason I ever needed to get my truck finished and join in... I got the crossmember mostly done on Sunday so I'll hopefully be there... Just little things to do now... like driveshafts, shock absorbers, front axle... too easy :)

I was down at the waimak giving the dog a run on sat and ended up testing out my new snatch strap on 2 nissans  Some young guys must have taken daddy's terrano out and they had it stuck up to the axles in a small creek and then another group of young guys bellied out in some dry ruts in a dato ute!! good times
Also picked up a jet boater whos battery died and left him stranded!!

Hey mike - i used the rear tow hook on both pulls seems to be standing up to the job ok. Have also tried lifting with the jack from all points and no bends or anything. Thanks again for putting those together mate.

I can't get tyres until the end of next month, but I will still be there. (Ican get simex but they are not part of my plan at the moment) I may put my new tyres on the back and run chains on the old ones on the front!

Regards...Robbie, who also has seats available (for a winch wench).

Looks like alot of guys coming on this trip. May have to break into two groups. What do people think about using this opportunity to do some training for those who haven't done much 4wheeling before. I will definitely be inspecting all trucks to ensure they are safe. Don't get offended. Dead people are hard to explain.
