electrical probelems with 85 surf (rover v8)

i have a 85 surf with a rover 3.5 in it and when i turn on the key my parker lights come on!! any ways here a few pic of it a few months ago

Good luck. Do sum testn, but i think it could b anything from radio connections. Park lights have batt feed to relay, mb sum one has changed wiring, have a good look around, if i can help, give me sumthing to go on.
