looking for someone to re-assemble transfer case...

Post by icekayak »

Asking on behalf of someone else...

Anyone know of someone (preferably in Auckland/North Shore/Rodney) who would re-assemble a ?Dana 18 transfer case at a reasonable price? He's got all the bits needed, so just need someone to put it all back together :D

Cheers

Difficult to find a Jeep specialist in NZ, but they do exist. There are a couple of Jeepaholics that I am aware of (don't have the contact off hand).

You could try sending an email http://www.canterbury-jeep.co.nz/ to bunch and see if they can recommend someone.

Otherwise, buy a factory manual and have fun with it. It shouldn't be too difficult.

Try the NZ Jeep club contact is Gary Coggan 027 439 5058, assuming its for a mate so he may be interested in joining as well?
