Safari Front hubs

How do these come apart ??
on my mates one you can engage the hub and 4 wheel drive on the stick and you can still turn the wheel.
We took the free wheel hub off and the shaft can still be turned by hand.
Where to from here??

Unless it got a locker you will always be able to turn one wheel.

With the other side jacked up and everything engaged when you try to turn that wheel it wont move but if you take it out of gear you can turn it and the front drive shaft turns.
but the passengers side does not turn anything ...
