even the main track has a couple of knarly parts, my avater is me parked at the hut
how far past the hut did ya go?
Got a Daihatsu Something, hasn't got a Daihatsu engine.... or diffs.... and it doesn't have windows.... or doors.... but its got tyres....
we didn't, we ate lunch and my 18 month old boy went for a swim in the river so we changed and headed back up to the top car park where we met the tough guys lol and headed out
And who said that long wheel base, high roof Nissan Safari's weren't suitable for that track? It was no worries... I think there was one corner where we had to do a 3 point turn style manoeuvre (most did) to get around, but as long as you are careful (and it pays to have a passenger to watch what your back wheel is doing on the way back out) it was fine. You do have to stay focused though.
Once I get a winch I'll be keen to go and have a look at some of the side tracks too.

I reckon you would have been fine on the sidetracks we did. First track was easy (didnt go to the bottom though), and the cable track I think you probably could have made it up. You would have been really stuck in the bog down the bottom if you wanted to have a go though
