The Taga Rallys running through very near by where we are going to be,so who's up for a mission through the forest to go watch the stage?? Be an impressive sight, all these muddy trucks parked up watchin in a paddock :lol:

Just wondering, can you get to ngaroma block from the place ngaroma and go in from there?

by the map it looks like it can be but i think that it may cross private land and on other maps it has the track from the Ngaroma block to the farm as no access ?

unsure of this but i wouldnt just in case. cruz would probably know ?

you are right ben , it goes on to farmland and the cocky blew the crossing as stock was getting nicked from there years ago, you could drive to te awamutu through there origanally,that is what i got told from an old dude that chopped the rimu down before it went in to pines in there back when noah was a school boy.

Theres nothing after the block as its all native forest which isnt drivable spanky is right no access from other end plently of new places to drive in the block as new tracks can be put in all over the place

Yup, Fri nite, me 'n Siw HAVE to be in NP Friday until approx Lunch time. Bummer. Was gonna guide the lost and helpless from WTN up the parapara highway. Its got two turnoffs and the coulda got discombobulated, but they will have to risk it without me!!

Hopefully I should get to Benneydale before pupms shut. But will get fuel at Piopio just in case.

We took Dans Zook for its maiden trip up and down Mahana road on sunday, did some flexing, testing, skids, turns and other stupid "where just testing it out" stuff.

Would say so, its bloody loud with the stright pipe :lol: Gonna be good to see it in action in the mud!!!!

As for getting away friday,i reckon we meet at 6:30pm in hillcrest at the caltex???

That would mean ihave time to get home from Huntly, hook the trailer on, drop home and grab the missus, triple check i haven't forgotten anything then go..............

That way we would be there by 8:30-9pm
