Towing a 4x4 landrover
Towing a 4x4 landrover
Hi,im new to 4x4s i was just wondering if is ok to tow my s3 landrover?it's better than driving it to go bush bashing cause it rings its tits off at 60-70 kms on the open road plus it has no wof/reg.are there any tips that i need to know without shagging it?
Any help would be mint

You can put the gearbox in Nuteral or the auto in Park and put the transfer case in nuteral it should roll easily and you are off. Not sure what others have done or do Mile tows his and I think he uses transfer case nuteral too.

We did it this way to ensure the transfer case was in nuteral if you have both in nuteral you can tow and still spin the output shafts etc on the auto his LR has the pump for the auto on the input shaft.
He wanted to be 100% on transfer nuteral this is why he did this, not sure if they all run this way. Mike may know.
