mike21, your Cruiser looks, and by the sound of the mods , to be the cruiser that was modified here in CHCH about eight years ago. If not you have a Clone. If it's the one I think it is it started off as a 5cyl 3.5 diesel that had a turbo fitted to it and went real well. Was then fitted with the 4.5 petrol, rear disk brakes and coil suspension. This vehicle was owned and modified by a fellow CHCH 4wder who I have had many a pleasant trip with.

Yeah it was a bit of a ass tightening moment, I had both my kids in there too (it was them screaming not me, honest)

I tried to reverse it, and the front kept coming round so I tried stalling it, and still the nose kept going so I tried swinging the nose round but by then I was at the bottom anyway. All in about 4 seconds but felt like 15 minutes to me

I never even heard the kids screaming, to busy saying "Oh fck, OH FCK, OH MOTHER OF BABY JESUS, WE ARE GOING TO!!........ Look kids we are safe, told you it would be ok"
