clicking noise?

i,ve got a clicking noise coming from rear diff, its a hilux diff, been welded locked.
checked out uni,s on drive shaft and gave wheels a wobble to see if bearings were ok and appears fine.
its very consistant and only notice it low speed and more easy to hear when outside car when someone else is driving.

disc,s appear good too.............

will yank it down when i get time, but just wondering

Do you run mag wheels?
My Prado makes this sound when I get small stones through the wheels. Then they rest on the rim and click or grind on the calipers. Have a look!
