Was a cold and windy start to the day.

had a look at the numerous tracks around Pureora Forest, conditions were a little slippery managed to get stuck a few times :shock: big thanks to Wopass and Dixie for the recovery 8)
I travelled the road less travelled now where the heck am I!!!

Thanks again Ben. I had a great wknd, and was really happy with the truck for its first 'real' outting.

It was really cool to meet everyone, and special thanks to Dixie for all the tows. Much appreciated mate!! :)

Gotta say Dick, that horse truck idea was a good one, especially the on-board presurised hose pipe with hot and cold water options. Nice clean radiator on the 50 8) 8)

yeah had a great time
but discovered my fuel tank is to low easiest way to fix that is springs :lol: :lol:
and then i might think about some bigger tyres now what can i fit on 16 x 6.5¨ rims :lol: :lol:

Thanks Ben, Excellent weekend. Thanks Merc for letting me beat up on the G-Wagen. Thanks everyone else for excellent company.

Lessons learned from the weekend
Lexus's don't fit through Suzuki sized cuts
Tonka 35s don't work in 36" grooves
Daihatsu's slosh for a long time after getting drowned
Sometimes a BSTM8's best-mate is a Zook
The best way to take the shine off a newly painted Suzuki is to throw it on it's side.
Nothing seems impossible when your butt is warm!
