7M-GTE Hilux Conversion

I am considering this... Is this a similar swap to the 5M? I know you will still need the w58 bellhousing. I did bid for a complete 5m engine with the w58 bellhousing but it never reached the reserve and I'm still waiting for the guy to give me a fixed price.

I founf this site from a guy in the states who has done this to a 4runner...
Pretty good from start to finish.

if you want any links to eather a 5m-or a 7m engine swap or wiring i now have about 45. links to do this plus all the wiring and ECM pinouts that you would ever need
