If ya look at the last few posts in my 'Clint's Cruiser project thread' you'll see the beginnings of my exo-snork setup, I haven't noticed any extra noise unless I've got the window down, & then it's not much.

best thing my mate put on his truck,i have now been in it twice when its been over once at sheffield mud plug and yesterday at timaru winch challenge at timaru i think we rolled ovr 5 times felt like more,

Was told by a certifier that you dont even have to cert it UNLESS you weld of cut or modify the chassis in any way. So if it is fully bolt on bolt off you don't even have to cert it but there must be no sharp points etc incase you hit a pedistrian so you dont make a mess of them

If there was any question of it needing cert you could just say it was a heavy duty roofrack for carrying ladders and other stuff... just look at half the 4WDs used by power companies etc, their rack systems are just basic exo's... And they have way more 'sticky-outy-bits' than most exos...

40mm tube, 3.2mm wall is around 55+GST a stick. 6.5m per stick, I'd estimate 3-4 sticks required...
