I appolgise to those that this effects but im am having to withdraw this invitation to anyone who is not a member of ORE Association or another Club.

Due to land access rules for the Akkatawara Forrest I am having to run this trip as a CCVC trip therefore anyone who would like to come on this trip needs to be a member of a club.

I dont think this effects many people but please speak up if it does and we may be able to find you a seat in another vehicle.

So to those who are coming along you need to meet CCVC trip requierments

Equipment Required On Trips
The following equipment is required on all Club trips, although generally an exception is made for visitors and prospective members on "Family Shiny" trips only.

Front and rear tow hooks

Shovel

Fire extinguisher

First-aid kit

Basic tool kit

Tow rope

Roll bar for all open / soft top vehicles

Spare tyre and tyre changing equipment

If these items are not present in your vehicle at the beginning of a trip, the trip leader has the authority to exclude you from the trip. Details are set out in the club’s Vehicle Safety and Equipment Inspection document. All member vehicles going on club trips must display a current club vehicle inspection sticker.

Trip/Convoy Rules
Please read and memorise the following trip & convoy rules:

The trip leader is always in charge. Please recognise their authority, follow their instructions and give him/her the respect they deserve.
No dogs or firearms.
Guests on a Club outing are the responsibility of the Club member who invited them.
No drinking and driving.
Keep the vehicle immediately behind in sight. This is particularly important when you come to a turnoff. There's no excuse for vehicles taking the wrong track because of the driver in front not obeying this rule.
Keep your position in the convoy. No passing.
Watch the vehicle spacing on public roads so that public vehicles can pass in safety.
Make sure the vehicle in front has cleared an obstacle before you attempt it.
If you must leave the convoy, inform someone.
Respect the environment.

Please PM me if you have any quries about this.

I will be in contact with the commitee so this problem does not arise again.

Yep I'd still like to come along as a guest of CCVC, I'm pretty sure my vehicle meets the club requirements.

Curly was going to jump into my passenger seat for the trip so that dosent really leave me with any spare seats if we're still looking for any?

FYI this issue is being sorted out by certain members of the ARAC executive at the moment (I have just been informed). I'm expecting to have confirmation soon that we will have permission to run it as an ORE Assn trip as originally planned and that the permit is approved as an ORE Assn trip.

As i pmed you earlier it has been sorted, this issue does not involve you jerry and as i said this is not going to be a problem in the future as the ARAC Commitee members had already been contacted before i had even posted anything on the site. Please leave it and lets have a good day on Sunday.

The permit has been filed as a CCVC trip and i have already picked up the keys so it will be ran as a CCVC trip.

Those who are just coming on the sunday, i will be at the corner of moonshine rd and haywards just after 9, will wait there till 920 then head in to meet the rest. Its a bit nicer to the locals if we head in as a goup rather than in bits and pieces.

When and Where do you want the hung over people in Rallywoods who are going to meet? I can round them up and drag them to the access gate at [insert time here] or are you coming up to Rallywoods first ?

I can organise parking at Rallywoods for car trailers etc if you want
