i am looking for a 54m socket so i can remove my broken CV from the vx.
does anyone have one that i can borrow PLEEASEEEEEE

i got a scoket from my man thats will do most of the work on the truck and his set only went to 52mm![]()

Do you know anyone that you can get it cryo treated out at the airport? I have a Hilux and carried a spare CV, had to fit it I used plumbers vice grips on those nut's no socket would fit down over it.
I also have a replacement locking washer for next time. the two washers are for holding the wheel bearing etc in place and once adjusted right should be fine.
When I do mine I check the wheel bearing a couple of day's later and adjust (tighten) if needed.
Oh doing one of these on the track I would recommend a plastic mat it took ages to find where i put all the bits (that bloody circlip)
