If its lifted without adjusting the panhards, its more than likely normal

Nope, look at your rear panhard bar, it will be bent either up of down plus might be bent back or forth, take it off and straighten it and you will be sorted. Happens all the time to them.
It's a hollow bar so it's not hard to fix.

you need a longer panhard rod so your body sits even,i made a new one up out inch steam pipe, think from memory i made it longer by 20mm,so i take it you have a 50mm spring lift it it ??, this causes it
not unless we taking about somthing different, my drivers side rear poked out further than passenger side

You'll probably find a 2" lift will result in the same, might be going from 2" sag to 2" lift.
Not a major problem though, 50mm flares is all I ran with a 75mm lift, they just covered the tyres enough for a wof

i am going through this process now, just done a 3'' lift and adjusted length of lower arms by 16mm as advised. i noticed when i pulled in the drive behind my truck that the wheel stuck out alot on the drivers side. took the panhard rods off and levelled it up. i am going to get adjustable panhards so when the suspension sags i can re level things, a fixed panhard could need adjusting again later on.
