Hi all, Easy going ex uk family guy here. I used to compete in trials back in the uk. Classes were a bit different there, vehicles we used had to be road taxed and mot'd (same as wof and rego) and we wern't allowed difflocks. I used a 1956 series 1 rover with a ford essex 3l V6, cage PAS and loads of other mods. Ran 7.50/16 SATs too. Had some good times and fun too. Always had at least one 4x4 usually rangies!
Here and now not much time for any competing but might look into some shiny trips with the family. We now have a Disco Tdi as a family wagon but look out for a 1inch lift, polybush kit and winch - big xmas list!
Living now in the kaipara area - 1 hour south of Whangarei 1 1/2 north of Aucks.
