Good to see you finally got a Zuki in your workshop, two questions... What are you doing with the rear driveshaft as SJ diff is RH offset and Vit is LH offset? And on a similar not how will you get around the width difference between SJ front and Vit rear diff?

Yes the driveshaft will be on an angle but not much, probably less angle than some lifted trucks. The owner is planning to run 50mm wheel spacers on the front as its not going to be road legal.

Sooo... Its tomorrow We wanna see this bonnet! or whats left of it

All right then. Still a long way from finished. The black pen shows where the final cut will be. The bonnet will be held down with flush fit bonnet pins and the missing bit will be 3mm plate bolted down to the x brace.




Will be back onto it on Friday........... tomorrow is reserved for the 60

Interesting idea Tom. Was throwing around similar ideas for my shock tower brace/blower cover. Hope you haven't patented it yet.

Hope ya don't have any issues when body moves on the mounts relative to the chassis moving as the front bar will be attached to chassis.

All the barwork is attached to the chassis Trev I've allowed enough clearence for the body to move around it.

Quick update........ A frame on a Zuk............... exciting huh And I sorted some gauges on the 60, but that's in the other thread

Its bolted down to the top of the coilover mounts. The front bar has to come off to get the radiator out but its a 5min job which isn't much if you need to pull the motor.

More sliders Been making a few slider kitsets lately. These are on a Hilux LN106 but I can make any length to suit any truck. $350+gst+freight if anyone's keen.

Front arch bars on Adams LN106. This weapon is booked in for a full competition style tube deck in two weeks. Watch this space.........

The winch bar I had for sale ended up on a LN65 Hilux along with the sliders
