Could I have a time that this plans to head out to the aka's as I will be driving down from Levin, about a 1 hour trip.

Is it still intended as shiney thru yakka?

cheers

Seein as 99% of you lot belong to AA (not the vehicle one   ) I thought a late start for the Aka's trip, be ready by 9am, drivers briefing at 9.15 at the Green Hut, we will go in thru the Rallywoods Top gate and drop into the Aka's. At this stage its a medium trip (with some optional hard yakka bits). Permit is all organised etc.

There will be a wake up call 7.30 ish .... (or when Taz gets up probably  )

Depends is tha a Cruiser or a Prado?

If it is a Prado then you have to join the Jerry Club and put up with weekly tow hook leactures, carry your clipboard everywhere and wear your officail Star Trek plastic pen protector in your top shirt pocket.

If it's a Cruiser then follow this linl: http://association.ore.co.nz/rallywoodsqbw2008

5 DAYS TO GO!!!!

A reminder to those coming:

If you are traveling from out of town don't be to concerned with bringing BBQ's and there should be plenty there but full gas bottles won't go array.

TO ALL. Please also bring some extra cash $$$$ with you, it may be needed for extras including runs out for fuel, ice, beer, food, broken parts, flat tyres etc etc. There will be people going in and out all weekend who will be more than happy to assist so don't be shy to ask and don't be shy to make a gold coin donation to cover the cost of running around.

The weather report doesn't look that bad at the moment but ensure you have lots of warm clothes, changes of clothes, warm bedding, lots of food and most importantly enough fluid to keep yourself lubricated.

Also bring your camera's and extra battery's for lots of photo's

I believe it was a joint purchase, so if Deb buys a handbag then Malcolm owns half of it....

Back on topic now...

For those coming in on Sunday, please assemble at the RALLYWOODS GATE (the bottom one on bulls run road) 9.15 onwards, there will be a WAKEUP call for those up at rallywoods  if you have a hangover then its your own darn fault..... a quick drivers briefing will be at 9.30. people in Rallywoods will nead to head down to the gate at 9ish. (the gate may be locked for security when we leave). TRAILER parking is avaliable at the Rallywoods gate.

If people don't know where to go PLEASE ADVISE and we will organise a meeting point.

Skid, how about you get your facts straight before you start blurting out bullshit like that. If you had read the rest of the thread you would have seen that it was a simple administrative issue (see my previous post). And as for the "you're having trouble, coz its an association thing", registration has always, and still is, open to anyone whether you are a member of the association, registered (or not) on the association site or just a regular forum member.
