Woot what a great weekend. Lots of carnage and mayhem

Tracks were fantastic and it got to the point where the winners were chosen by how many stages they managed to complete instead of the overall time.

Big thanks to the rest of the team, they kept spirits high and (atleast) me going. Last minute mike was true to the name and even stretched out to 20 minutes after the comp started mike . Shoutout to Andre (mikes navi) who printed up all the signwriting for our wagons, Stu and Max for coming to the party when we needed the extra truck and for the hilarity. Thanks to mazdamike who came to the party when we needed a coee for Stu.

Great tracks, great company, great people and great weekend (except for the rain which almost spoiled today).

Faviourite part of the weekend would have been watching stu try and drive in reverse whilst winching foward and the following comments

Had a blast !! awesome event, insane tracks which were made even harder by the wet!! lots of mud, so much bloody mud i had it in my eyes, in my ears up my nose and places i dont care to mention!

Big thanks to the oragnisers for an awesome event, big thanks to mazdamike for offering and putting the LR on a trailer and taking it in (at the cost of a head gasket in his disco , perhaps an ore working bee on this this week as he needs it by the weekend )

As 2's said thanks to stu and max (correct?) for being the crucial third truck and providing the other 3rd entertainment for our team.

Thanks to taz for stepping in and extending some of our times out by up to 45mins NEVER LET A NISSAN INTO A TEAM OF ZUKS and a LR.

Thanks to 2's and his bro for letting the rover get worked on some late nights in the shed and some weekends, the effort was definitely worth the outcome. That outcome was 3RD yeeeahaaaa Crazy Horses prmmbmbmbmbmbmb (horse sound)

Thanks to co-driver dre (andre) for co-driving and using rugby boots for traction in running ropes out etc BY THE WAY IT DOESNT WORK!!

Na its not mro's. Its my brothers zuk. Nothin wrong with the wiring. It looks a lil messy side on but everything is easily accesible and easy to trace.

Had a blast well done the levin boys. Next year were going to get that trophy. Thanks to kiwi for the weekend could not have been better despite killing two trucks.The Boys over the moon with his prize and has told mum about it at least 10 times

Had a great time even after our team retired..... will post pics of Kims sad zuk and of busted suspension on Stinkys saffy later, thanks to Willie for the effort and the good gesture and letting Haynzy step in. Thanks to Crazy Horses for letting me have a crack and the last hazard of the day for them by my Nissan was a record time of 20sec through Alice Way ..........Alice Who?

well said Bob and i thoroughly agree with you, as one of the marshalls i had a blast (well as much of one as the flu would allow). it was a really great event and can't wait till next years one (i'm already putting my hand up to marshall again).

Thanks to all that came to this event, it was great to meet some new people and catch up with some old friends.

Had a fantastic weekend thanks to Reece, Dace, Euan and all the other helpers. Also thanks from Robert who traveled down from Whitianga to compete in the event. We are already making plans for next year. Our apologies for holding up the prizegiving but we were having so much fun in the mud and rain we just didnt want to go home

Looks like it was an epic event guys! Im gutted work forced me to miss it.
