Im not sure if its a production or a home made one. I will try and get some pics later. They are good quality formers.

It has a big hydraulic ram, mounted to 12mm?? plate. It has various holes in it to suit different block locations

Good fitting formers can make all the difference with the 'crush' style benders... although they can make it a mission to get heavy-wall pipe out of the former after a tight bend (don't ask me how I know this :P)

Hows the beast coming along?

Holy Sh*t, I had to go halfway down page 2 to find this thread.

I bet you all thought that I had sold this and was getting into fixing other peoples trucks  , Well, you're wrong

After not having worked on it for awhile (friggen mros disco), we got back into making it go.

Heres some pics of the s****i fuel tank we put in

Image

Image

Now, those mounts better be appreciated because they took a bloody long time to get right (I wanted them to angle down). Yea, I know the welding isnt very good, but it will be properly welded once the tubs off because I couldnt reach it.

I have also done the bumpstops tonight.

Image

They are from the surf.

And a really crappy flex pic because there isnt enough weight to compress the springs.

Image

In some of the pics, you can see the shock mounts. The shocks run through the coils.

And heres a pic of the "to do" list.
