new paint job....kinda suits the pos......

just got bill for trans rebuild....$1700......happy with that ..cant fit it to next friday but...then gonna pull front diff forward and sort the good old dw.......

ok so took another few days but picked it up tonight............

got the trans in tonight...just gotta plum up new farken big oil cooler then skid time.....me hopes

still a bit to do will finish monday.....quit me job so have a bit of time to kill.... ...

well got new job,,funny who lurks on these forums,,,as for jeep got it going.. ..roll back sweet but still no go forward.... ..yes i put the drive shafts back on....trans man got a call came had a look coming back with a scanner to read comp.........doing what it did out on the river ..fark all.....have seen insides of old trans ...munted...so will know more in morning ..........

some clutch thingy ......dude said usally bullet proof and looked ok ....hope they can test before i throw it in again and fill with trans oil...shits not cheap....(*snicker* maybe brian instead of barbie ??)

sprag clutch nibzs..worked by hand but not under load........fitting it tonight so anyone going past ricks feel free to call in and help

not even pissed any more past that stage.........just laugh and walk away..

I wouldn't be pulling it out, tell your trans guy, hire a tow truck, take it away bring it back next week fixed, and if you wanna push yuor luck tell you need a rental too.

One error, well shit happens but twice that just S(*T

Id be looking at getting a diff trans guy ....getting beyond a joke now.

dude from shop gave me a hand to pull trans...got it down to bout 40 mins... ..no point throwing me toys outta, cot wont do fark all....would feel good but ,,3rd times a charm...... stay tuned.....

drove it on to the trailer at 2.30 am this morn ready for club run at 8.30 am...... ......farken hotrod again......

for how long , who knows..

well shit still runs......will post more pics sunday ..kinda need a nana nap
