For those coming in out of town here are some basic directions....

Get to the Haywards Hill Road
Turn into Moonshine Road (long narrow windy road, please keep to 50k)
Take Bulls Run Road to the left (narrower windier road, please keep to 30k and watch it round the cnrs)
road turns to gravel then a sharp turn left and a road going straight (with a private property sign)
go ahead ..... will pass a digger thingy and end up to a sharp left hand with a house in front....go left
which leads to a bridge.... cross the bridge and continue up .....

.... you may hear faint banjo's playing in the distance ....

keep heading up. will see some turnoffs that a signposted.... look for one on the left marked Airstrip (or Green Hut)
Take this Turn
keep heading up ....... Banjo's will become louder and louder
when you see 2 railway carriages turn right and look for a pile of people drinking beer.

I have a GPS map thingy I can email people if they want.

Bring
Pen, Beer, backup pen, more beer, paper, beer, backup paper, food thingy, emergency beer, blankies,

START TIME 9am Saturday morning (MIKE TO CONFIRM)

NO DRINKING AND DRIVING
DO NOT CHEW UP THE AIRSTRIP OR DO DONUTS ON IT

Beer Rules??? isn't there a no speights Rule??? :D (if we find any just hide them in saddam's chilly bin as per usual)

Mike has just confirmed that you will need the following stationary ......pens : Black, Blue, Red and Green (those fancy 3 in one pens are not allowed sorry), you also require a 30 cm Ruler, Rubber, Stapler, Staple Remover, A selection of Pencils, and finally a calculator.

No cheating is allowed either....you must remember your own name ..... you can't write this down on your arm.

You should get Mark to video the road in and add it to the test environment linked to google maps that he got us to test recently. Might make it a bit clearer than those instructions Jerry :D . I'm not sure I could get to the destination following those - you don't even mention the gate.............
