wee up date...
tried this out

not so flash , get that when finish fitting at 2am in morn before road trip
free spoil didn't work and wires in cab wrong so no outie thing going on ..easy fix costs us a stage but..
fitted one of these thingys

lost windscreen top left hand side

I mean who leaves tree branch's in dark places,,,,,
and done this again

again who leaves rocks in creek beds
thought I had fixed that but um yeah na...
cant wait for pucker park in a couple of weeks ...

new radiator be here this week....
in the mean time I gotta buff this out..

things have moved



and bent something as wont go into gear plus pissing out petrol from somewhere ......

wet week so fark all work so might get something done.....

There was windshield and frame on Trademe last week (red). I can't find it just now. I think he wanted $300 or something reasonable. Keep an eye out for relisting.
Good effort. Hopefully no injuries to occupants.

well as soon as I trade the jeep on a Toyota ill be there fella .......don't think any mud be going down this week or next by the looks......

Can you put a mesh over the back of the rad to protect it in the event of contact with the whirly thingee.

No first hand experience for you (I'm currently mounting mine in the back) but everyone I have talked to says the engine water pump will do the trick in most cases. They also have said make sure you have bleed ports at various high points as bleeding all the air out can be a trick. Others have said they had no trouble with it.
Search, there are a few good threads on it. I think there was a few on pirate as well.

well got radiator cut down to size .....they did a nice job...
will start to fit it and fix the movement in there this weekend .....
