Mounted my pump I'm gunna use for Windscreen washer, and ran the hose through the truck. Not decided on how to do washers themselves tho. Will mount a plastic tank up in the boot

Also started Rad overflow gunna be a abortion of a shape where there's a hole.will post that tomorrow once it's taken shape..

Ps can't get photos to load the right way off my phone.if I rotate goes complete opposite way so just tilt your head haha

I am looking to add a second set of washers. Looking at a set of wiper mounted washers and another pump and resourvoir.

What are you running pump wise?

I got one of these of eBay (the thing screwed to the plastic)
http://pages.ebay.com/link/?nav=item.vi ... 90&alt=web

Haven't got it hooked up to any nozzles yet,not sure if I want to add bonnet mounted ones or should fit something onto wiper arms. Any feed back on preferences people have?

Wiper mounted nozzles clear quicker but in the mud a single pair of nozzles doesn't flow enough.

I have bonnet mounted stock ones and going to add some arm nozzles.

I ran clear plastic tube along each wiper, drill four or five 1mm holes in said plastic tube. Works a treat. Also, highly recommend adding a switch for wipers and water sprayer somewhere that the co-driver can sort it when you yell at him/her. (I realise you don't compete yet, but your guna  )

Yes good point I think that's probably not a silly idea..I've got some 3 dollar bonnet nozzles coming from China. But I was more considering mounted on wiper arms like you said as a better option..which seems to be the go

We used garden irrigation nozzles on the wiper arms of a rally car it worked rally well. If you want bigger nozzles and flow use some headlamp washer nozzles and pump, nearly every D21 Terrano has them so easy and cheap.

Getting small windows to do some work, got washers basically finished up,still have to wire them and then just throw a strap over the tank to mount it..tank is possibly temporaryish plan was for bigger but it'll do.. also started bending compressor cooling ring, weather it's needed or does anything but yea...picture time..

Ahh that wouldn't help...try again?

Jets may need slight adjustment but not bad for a guesstimate.3 holes on each arm . could add more yet I think

Yea just threaded a m5 stainless bolt in the end, and put 3 1mm holes in each one. I'll take a better picture next time I'm near my truck
