Rebuilt Gearbox back in
Centre driveshaft bearing rubber stuffed again, so drilled and tapped transfer case output shaft to take my new 'slip yoke eliminator' :D

Now the rear spline has to do the work and centre drive shaft bearing rubber shouldn't move buggar all, therefore last longer. Need to make new rear section of drive shaft and balance. Current one has too many dents
If you break it... build it stronger.

I'm loving this style of sill protection because its strong and simple and keeps weight down

Found this on page 8, looks like its bolted and welded down? Those gussets look ideal.

I was just at hell pizza and this was parked over the road, so I had around it.
Looks like a very well set up adventure rig.
The kind of setup that comes from having used it enough to know what needs changing.
