A Mr Bean style silhouette would be cool.

Painting a truck is always a bigger mission than you expect, even after you have done it a few times
We completed all of the panel repairs last weekend, so all we had to do was block the doors, quick scuff with 400 grit paper, mask and paint. Yup, easy as.
Started at 4pm friday arvo to block the doors, and any other tidy up jobs.
Today (saturday) we were into it at 8am, still with one door to block, and a whole lot of sanding to get through. We finished up at about 6.30pm. MISSION
Alex now out of his cast and limping round after 3 weeks out of action wanted to help out. Naturally

Into the booth for a quick number 2 prime and final check and sand for a couple of problem areas

Next up a dark number 7 primer coat to help the base cover better.

The base coat and a look at the new colour

A couple of coats of scratch resistant clear, and shes ready for a bake. Super bling!!!!

And then we spotted the spider family making an escape

Seems the clear was the final straw and it was time to get the hell out before the bake cycle
Gonna be a shame to take this truck out on its first trip to our camp site in Nat Park, scratches are impossible to avoid

would it be worth putting on some clear sticky vinyl stuff ( car wrap) to protect mainly the panels that are likely to get scratched the most, awesome job man looks sweet
