so kinda need a hand ....found a old shit fix giving up the ghost ....need someone to do a bit of welding on her.......jeep cant be moved but have welder , shes easy to get to but jeeps in kipoo..
anyways heres a pic

Looks like it needed a fish plate to reinforce the weld area. Will need one now but Tom will know for sure.

bit of mud and paint maybe.....

V it out, fill it up, sand it flush. She'll be sweet as. Fish plate which extends down onto the panhard mount maybe.

so the jeep midgets have been plugging away slowly.... sorted guards for time being has stopped the movement and that's me with my little frame jumping up and down on em ...tome will tell





radiator in and seems to be working as it should , gonna go for a skid on Saturday and see what happens ...





so just some headlight things to put in and winch pulling thingy....some wires to um fix and a bit of work on window frame so soft top kinda fits again ...........

umm guessing the wires lost in a competion with the grinder or welder
at least it wasn't a plasma or gas plant

goes in next week to be welded up .........




but in the meantime gonna go for a wee skid on sunday to see how it goes ......



still got winch to put back on , no biggie have a few weeks before Queenstown play date..

so found a tj being parted out here in ch ch ..so went shopping ..

picked up a pair of these , nice and straight factory jobs....will fix that shit




and one of these ...




to replace the glass plus my frame is a bit bent




also now got a spare complete rear 44 diff , factory roll cage (mines bent ) and some steering bits and bobs ........

rest of the spares , well cage is going in but cant get last two bolts ......time to start drinking and get ready for test to night ...love the 9.30 kick offs

sweet new windscreen has wof....

anyone taken there factory cage thingy outta a tj ...have 5 bolts that I cant get ..tried impact driver no go ......any ideas anyone .....and no im not dumping it into a big pit hole westie ......
