Above I laid out my plans to get my XJ sorted, which are now down the shitta, I ended up impulse buying a Chev Silverado on 37s. So not a jeep but my flatmate has a pretty capable XJ, we should all head out to Woodhill one weekend, no jappas lol.
This Rough Country Kit came complete with EVERYTHING !!! Rear springs (no blocks used on these), shocks, brake lines, the worx.... The only part(s) that I could not use was the Panhard Bar, and the Panhard bar Bracket, as they are only compatible with left hand drive models.
The RC Kit is good, but I have a lot of trouble with the main Flex Joints on the lower arms wearing prematurely. The kit is a year old, and I am on my third set of joints already. Rough Country have been pretty good with their 'Life Time Warranty' and have supplied the joints free of charge (and no charge for shipping) but I am still annoyed with having to swap them out all the time.
The XJ rides nice on the road. It's certainly not a harsh ride, but I think that comes down to the weight of the front and rear bars. I also drive it with the Sway Bar disconnected - These were supplied with the kit as well. No drive line vibes either.
Been to the Jeep Park at Woodhill many times now, and always keen to go again !!
