In a past life, someone had done a dodgy repair to the rear heater hose that runs the length of the bus, started getting warm on the long uphill on the desert road, when we started going down the other side it didnt cool down, so we pulled over, couldnt see nothing under the truck, then walked round the back to see the hilux covered in dripping antifreeze. So camped there for the night. Fixed it in the morning, had a slow uneventful trip the rest of the way home.
(Apart from hearing all the way home that I should have let the navi drive, and that I need to thrash my truck harder.....)
