My workshop is 6 x 10 BUT it has a pool table, couches, sky TV, stereo fridge etc in it as well. At present it also has a gas heater for those cool Northland nights while we're working on the truck! It does have a 3m x 3m roller door so access is pretty good but now there is hardly any room so I'm planning the new shed that will be workshop only. Again it will have 3m x 3m roller doors but 2 so that you can drive through. To the side it will have a work area away from where the truck will be parked. And the best part is about 50m from the house so noise won't be a problem.
All I have to do is shift the hay somewhere else, pour concrete floor, build the lean to for the work area and fit the doors. Also need to run power to it and the hardest part will be getting sky installed!!!!!! You have to be able to have cricket, rugby, Bathurst etc while you out there working!!!!!!!!!!
