Perhaps ORE needs another account for donations.
What did you have in mind? Samurai sword to the hands?
Problem is the government would pay to have them re-attached or pay for him to get robot hands or some shit.
Then he'll be even more evil. Even people alwas have a disfigurement. Or robot limbs.

I wouldnt mind going over to high st chch & seeing if we can find this chap & have a few quiet words with him & explain the error of his ways & the consequences he will suffer if he doesnt cease what he is doing.
