...yup, what Heath said. They improve your handling on-road, and make a more capable vehicle off-road.

80 - 83 models (not sure what is different with the earlier models?)

ok - been busy with the kids for a few days ...
Good to hear some encouraging advice about just going the simple 'leave it as it is' route. I guess I probably should get to know her as she is before I start tinkering with something I don't understand (yet) !
