so went to Woodhill both days, and camped at Murawai for sibainmud's birthday. Bloody good night there dude. As said before I managed to get every where a locked Terrano on simexs and a locked Samurai on Silverstones went. Then today went most places a double locked Hilux and a simexed surf went. So I was very pleased. Need a lift sooo bad though, and a locker.
Two days of no real breakages. Just a grill and the starter is now sketchy. Turns engine, then spins then turns engine etc. So shouldn't be much. Tank is hella dented now, old one was nothing compared to this.
Two buckets of mud off the zuk too this evening.
Will get what few photos I have of the weekend up in the next couple of days.

Sketchy_Racer wrote:Finally had enough of trying to rip the arse out of the centre link in my Terrano steering so machined up a custom setup after wrecking a link. I will tear the steering box out of the chassis before I bend or damage this thing!
Took 3 hours total machine time (incl setup) and about 2 hours to set up in the truck. Still cant believe how bad Nissan cocked this one up
If I donate the draglink, pitman and idler, how mich to do another?
Can confirm where the weak links are now With Andy3542, Drurban, myself and a stray "hitchiker" we took a BIG hit on the right side. Stuffed the steering box and broke the lower control arm rear shaft
Now the steering box leaks P/S fluid,
Went to woodhill, Found a steering box going down the beach on the way to camp, Saw this guy, who happened to be the fulla I buy heaps of D21 bits off. Trade ya a tow for a steering box? Yeap, no worries, Funny how these thing work out Got back to the camp,
And had this to eat
Great weekend, missed the carnage at Woodhill on Sunday

Went and pit crewed for a long rail dragster in auckland and won the national championship for the year, also bet our personal best and ran a 7.51 at 177mph. Was a good weekend, drunk way to much to celebrate and also walked the length of the track.

maybe... I looked at that and thought shit that looks easy enough. third try I make it up but I forgot to look at the wheel ruts.
I still think it was probably from following vehicles I shouldn't have been. Bit of quicksteel to stop the leak so I can still drive to work this week.

when I tried to fit it it was about level with the bottom of the tank when it wasn't dented. So would provide good protection when off road.
its on trademe at the moment but if you want it I will drop the price for ORE people to $150, Same I got it for.
Some more footage has surfaced all up the right way this time Enjoy
Cheers,

I pay the $30 and I'm still a mate.
I even ended up buying the same sort of truck (96 3.9 Disco)
