Wow - so I know how wide a 60 series rear diff housing is and those arms look like they are approx the same length as it. Should cope with some real big flex.

This Truggy build is going to be awesome to watch 8)

Managed to sneek out to the shed tonight for another round. Made a start on the truss for the rear diff and started the x member (no where near finished  ) which the rear control arms will be hung off. I have heaps of 100x50x3.2 RHS floating around so thats what I used. I know it is probably abit heavy for the x member but it'll get a hammering and is the last decent x member in the back of the truck. 8)

Might need an education bro. When I upload pix ore resizes them. Maybe if I take a small res photo? Not really very computer literate.

Nice :D Good choice, 17" beadlocks are almost as dare as the tyres too!!
Toyota Landcruiser FJ40, front and rear lockers, 35" simex.
Toyota FJ45 build in progress.
Tires are like boobs, they always look big until you have played with them for a while, then you just want a bigger set.

Angle measuring dodacky reckons 38deg when it starts to bind up. Thinking down the line I'll redo the links and put rose joints in them, but for the mean time this'll do and will give a better ride. Im aiming (as I always do  ) to be able to put opposite corners on 44 gal drums
