pannard end into the chassis bracket doesnt like the flex much. Im about to put my third one in. Looking at adding onto the stock bracket to allow a heim joint to be used instead.

No problems with tie rod ends or ball joints though. (on any of my wagons)

Andy at iromman4x4fab is a bloody great bloke to deal with and very well priced. However the crew at ironrockoffroad have sent various items as "birthday presents" with bugger all value. Never had a problem with $$$ at our customs. The only issue Ive ever had with a US supplier was quadratech.

Removed the stock track bar mount and ball-jointed rod end and replaced them with something a little more user friendly.

As with anything Jeep nothing runs smooth.. the replacement bushed rod end was threaded fine and leftie (despite apparently being a matching unit for the existing adjustable track bar from the same manufacturer) so a stock end got its thread cut off and stitched onto the new one.
All in all a neat little adaptation and one which comes with a certain piece of mind in knowing that Im not going to flog out yet another ball-joint.
