Don't drop the lower mount... its too low as it is... mount off the axle tube if you are SOAing it... or leave the bottom mount and make longer towers in the front, and a new crossmember in the rear...

i was meaning how you were gonna sort of invert bottom plate/modify the plate from 60... nevermind.... i think i grasp the concept of your plan..
