what??

i even read it backwards to see if that worked but to no avail... :?

Yah, fukd if I can work this one out!!!!

I work at Air NZ, and we have all sorts of Health and Safety rules. Especially about welding in the hangars.
Coxsy is a contractor who comes to fix broken bits from time to time.

Any how, I really stayed to watch as a mate had his Hot rod almost catch fire after he was welding in the garage.
He went inside for a coffee straight after welding, missus came home and said whats all the smoke in the garage
Needless to say he now watches for a bit after welding to see if anything catches.
I followed his lead.

My interpretation:

Waiting for 30 mins is the sort of thing that would be done at Air NZ. If something was going to catch fire, you would know relatively quickly.

Close?

Yeah, that's Diesel Dave with the Chev powered shorty.
He broke a hub today, 15 mins later it was all fixed.
He also made it to the top of the sand slides (where Muddylux rolled), I have never seen a truck get to the top of those before :o

P.S, Yes I know the wheels supposed on the ground

Cheers,

BDQ Bloody Dam Quick.
Mind you we ALWAYS do a weld watch of 30 mins to 1 hour after welding, need to wash the fumes down. Fumes are also funny they affect my engineer and he needs Tui to clear them but I need Rum.

Went down to Aucks to meet the people from Tauranga to get the wifes challenger. Wow actually quite suprised its exactly what they said in the auction. haha this time we purchased it off a genuine seller and not someone trying to get rid of something that wont last long.
And they got it serviced the day before they came up so a plus for that.

Sorry Jase about Quadstyles Safari giving up the ghost (transmission) but lucky it happened before I went to get it for you and didnt happen when you got it.

Went for a run down a Waiuku forest on Sat.

Snapped something in the front Axle in the first 20 mins, not a happy camper. Limped around in 2WD for the rest of the day.

Sometimes life sucks!

A bit after the weekend but... today I took the Vitara through its certification inspection. 99% good - just need to replace the nuts at the top of the struts with nylock ones (... and since I am replacing the struts anyway...).

Really pleased it went through OK. :D :D :D

I finally got off my ass and went out and removed a tank from a 73 FRP. A few too many return lines but should bolt straight in.

just need to take out the LPG and Aux petrol tank to fit the new tank, tune up and it's away.

Anyone want a LPG system?? Cheap as chips mate!
